Walk the Plank- Saints
My Walk The Plank goes to the entire coaching staff, starting with the top guy, the four eyed fat fuck, Bruce Arians. A supposed "QB Whisperer" and "Master Motivator" and vying for locking up the divisional title, he clearly didn't have this team ready to roll tonight.
Honorable Mention to offensive coordinator Byron LeftBITCH for his shitty play calling and failing to take advantage of the Saints defensive maneuvers with misdirectional plays, and to Gronk for several drops that stalled out drives.

Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
Tristan Wirfs. Might be the only time he’s ever on this list, but he got his ass kicked tonight.
Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
Can I say the entire offense?
Okay then. The entire offense.
Okay then. The entire offense.
Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
The offense, when healthy, is going to score points by sheer fucking talent with TB12 at the helm. When it’s damaged and missing guys, you’re looking at one of the piecemeal NE offenses without whichever genius was scheming it for them.
Ugly stuff.
Ugly stuff.

The entire offensive line with special shout-out to Tristan Wirfs. He learned a hard lesson with this ass whipping: you have to get nastier to win against the nastier dogs in this league. I’ve never seen Wirfs beat like that.
Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
Putrid offense all around. I'm so sick of the Saints pushing them around. This team needs more attitude.

Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
Sounds like a critique of Belichick is baked in there.
Also it is major downplaying to say “missing guys”. Without even looking it up I’m confident saying we were missing the guys who have gained at least 95% of all the yards gained this season.

Problem is, the offense looked like shit before guys started dropping like flies.Primeminister wrote: ↑Sun Dec 19, 2021 11:30 pmSounds like a critique of Belichick is baked in there.

Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
Not to mention wasted opportunities. Drops by certain players, the fumble by Brady, the missed FG.... this team still could've taken this game.Snake wrote: ↑Sun Dec 19, 2021 11:33 pmProblem is, the offense looked like shit before guys started dropping like flies.Primeminister wrote: ↑Sun Dec 19, 2021 11:30 pm

Yeap. It's pure whack a mole offense. Just line up our talented receivers on generic routes and have Brady hit the open guy.
It's the same fucking offense every single week regardless of who our opponent is.
I'm tired of the team being at a disadvantage before they take the field because the coaching mismatch vs good teams is so pronounced.
Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
If Jensen doesn’t come back I think it will be because he can’t snap the damn football.
Vaughn was standout bad on a night where so many played poorly.

Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
The entire offense, especially the Oline. They got physically dominated by the Saints front all night long.
Keyshawn Vaughn was especially terrible also.
Bucs special teams wasn't good either.

Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
I want to blame the entire offense but the first person I am going to blame is Bradywhich. Who the hell started the game with no running plays. Was it Tom checking out of runs or Byron making the calls? Brady made several bad 'assignment' calls on blitzes, several bad throws, and allowed himself to get frustrated. He also threw Godwin into an injury. For me the joke of the game was Brady.
Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
Leftwich - we got to hear all game how he's the play caller. Well, play calling was shit.
The kickers - shitty punts all game plus a missed fg
Brady - he quit in the 4th quarter. 2nd down play where Gronk dropped the pass. You could see any last sense of giving a damn leave Brady's body as he sighed. He backed that up on 3rd down just standing there while the rush surrounded him.
Evans - seems like he gets hurt every time the camera focuses on him.

Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
They weren't good but you have to help them out!
We play right into the Saints hands time and time again.
Of course the OL got dominated, they playing on their heels trying to protect Brady!
They want to be PHYSICAL on defense, we had a perfect game plan for them to do that.
How do you do that? Play a team that throws the football all night long.
Their DL tees off on Brady, tees off on our OL.....
Their DB's are headhunting on our receivers.
No wonder the OL looked bad. No wonder Brady looked bad.
No wonder our WR's were put out of the game.
Do yourself a favor on offense, let your OL tee off on them - RUN THE FUCKING FOOTBALL!!
That's how your OL plays physical. You have to give them a chance!
Never mind, I need to swim a few laps, just watched the rest of the game this morning.
Just unbelievable we play right into the strengths of that team, let them build all the momentum.
It's great to have Brady and a great passing game, that doesn't mean you utilize it every game to beat your opponent!
Amd BTW in case you missed it that 3rd and 1 where Brady passes on the QB sneak to hand off to Vaughn spoke volumes.....
Brady didn't want to do the sneak, he's been getting beat up all game. He had enough.
That's the reason the middle of our OL pushed them 5 yards down the field but no QB sneak.....
We hand it off to our 3rd string RB 5 yards behind the LOS.
It's sickening. Almost seems like we play to pad Brady's stats at times. Terrible Leftwich you fing idiot!
Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
You know what we looked like? The Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Their strategy clearly wasn't working with pass pro and route schemes but they made ZERO adjustments. Everyone questioned why more 6 or 7 man protection fronts weren't called or why they refused to run the ball in favor of leaving scat protection and letting Mahomes run for his life all game.Patrick McIrish wrote: ↑Mon Dec 20, 2021 9:47 amThey weren't good but you have to help them out!

We got Buc'd essentially. We saw the oline was having issues. Our routes and gameplan wasn't working. Yet, zero fucking adjustments were made. We even had success with Rojo running the ball. He was hitting outside running lanes and gashing the Saints. But he still spent most of his time on the sideline so that Leftwich, Arians, and Brady could have appeal to their egos.
The league now knows that even on Sunday Night Football, against a hated division rival with the #1 seed still in play and division title on the line, the Bucs simply will not adapt or change in order to earn a win. This team is going to win or lose with Brady throwing the ball 40+ times and that's final.
Pretty sad to think this roster and opportunity could be wasted due to hubris, pride, and stubbornness.

Re: Walk the Plank- Saints
Yep. We averaged well over 5 yards per carry, Jones was at 7.5 YPC.
The Saints bottled up the middle, when Jones went in he was easily getting around the corner.
It's great to have a fantastic passing game but you don't blindly turn to it to beat 17 opponents every week.
Anyway, what a horrible game to watch. I hate losing to the Saints.....
Watching them physically beat our asses here at home is even worse.
