I think we're too classy for that. I think, after several years of good service to the franchise, we'd show him enough respect to let him go ASAP to find his next job.

What Buccaneers organization are you confusing this one with? The Bucs are a lot of things good. Classy isn't 1 of them.

I think of the Licht/BA Bucs that way. They're not trying to get over on their players. There's no real upside to clinging to Pinion's rights. We'll let him go sooner rather than later.

You're forgetting that one minor detail that they lost one of the three or four best head coaches in the league and replaced him with a coordinator who has never been a HC. The last time that led to immediate success was probably never. I can't recall it happening.

That could be because they are trying to trade him. Possibly get a late round pick next year or a young backup at a position that needs some depth. Like the entire secondary.

There WAS a punter traded between the Packers/Rams just last year. Corey Bojorquez.

Prior to that though the last one was 2015, and that was the first time in ten years.

I miss the good old days, when if you'd told Joe Namath to do whatever the hell it is Jaboo was doing, he'd have taken the cigar out of his mouth and put it out on your arm.
