I don't think so. When there is obvious bad call, replay assist will come in and correct it. It's good for the game. Borderline calls have to be challenged.

That's the point Collinsworth was making and a point the rules analyst Terry McCauley kinda struggled to clearly explained. There's no real rhythm or reason to when it's used. McCauley stated they are "evolving" on when it is appropriate to use but says for the most part its just plays where it's clear and obvious already. To the point that Collinsworth made that stumped McCauley, if its that obvious then why would you ever need to challenge? Because challenges can only be won if its clear and obvious and replay assist is all but making that decision before hand.

But borderline calls are only overturned if its clearly and obviously the wrong call. Replay assist, ht your own admission is cutting in line and changing those obvious calls.
