Okay sounds like they’re simply whipping our asses. What can we do to turn this around? Looks like the consensus is the defense is playing like shit. What changes can the defense make here?

Quick summation.

3rd and 6 on our first drive and Mike is running a Crossing Route which was an easy catch-and-run for a 1st and he...doesn't_look_back_for_the_football which goes right through where his hands would be if his head was around; Punt.

Winfield jumped a Dig from 1 Man Blitz Max Protect and SMB was expecting help inside/over the top and the Post went for a long 6.

Miller forced a hip flip on a condensed 9 route from an Off Bail CB (looked like 3 Zone) who blindly put an elbow in Miller's chest to reroute 40 yards downfield. Completely disrupts the route and CB picks it. Its the easiest Illegal Contact call you'll ever see but arbitrary NFL defensive backfield officiating is arbitrary and they somehow miss it. Brady was pissed but pissed gets you nothing.

Reich is repeatedly thumping Bowles with play calls that are attacking exactly Bowle's play call and they're getting huge conversions/chunks/TDs because of it.

White/Stinnie/Dean all go out early.

Basically I’d be pissed AF had I seen this shit show. That’s an excellent summation. With that being said I’m not sure what turns around in the 2nd half because of the attitude you’re describing + Bowles being outcoached. Bowles has to adjust here to catch Reich flat footed & the team has to start giving a fuck.

What I said before the start of the second half has come to fruition. This defense ONLY stops teams when they get a turnover. Now, Brady and the offense have to no fuck this up by going three and out or gift wrapping another turnover to the Colts.
