O/U is set at 50. Giants defense is how you say, not so good. And they possibly lose their best CB.
We score 30 easy
We score 30 easy
Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
WFT defense wasn't good either. But that was a long time ago.

These blanket guarantees don't make you look as smart or as bold as you think they do. Even if we score 30 or as JB is guaranteeing even if we win.

Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
Their defense was statistically worse than the Giants is. And we didn't crack 20.
Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
I say we lose so badly that not only do Bruce Arians and Tom Brady retire immediately, but Danny Dimes is immediately inducted into the HOF.

It works the other way as well , just because we had a bad game at WFT doesn’t guarantee we will again . I think after 2 bad games the team will show up as a unit . There's no reason to put in effort to argue with that dude. I say we score more than 30. It's just like, my opinion man.Jason Bourne wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 1:09 amIt works the other way as well , just because we had a bad game at WFT doesn’t guarantee we will again . If Boots wants to wax poetic and explain how football works he can have at it.
Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
My favorite part of having Devin White on the squad is knowing he will put hits on guys like Dimes who will try to run on us.
Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
Bucs D will have to continue to scratch and claw even harder for any defensive stops until Vita and the DBs return.
If we don’t open up the GD playbook some, the Gmen will just sit down on those lazy routes of ours when Brady goes empty backfield.
The result will be another 30-20 loss unless we change things up.

Anybody else wonder why it's taking AB so long to return from injury? I'll readily admit I know zilch about ankle injuries, but I had been under the impression that's not exactly one of those that take months and months to recover from. I almost wonder (this is mostly facetious) if the nonsense with the alleged fake vax card came from Brady as his way of saying, "Get your ass back on the field or the days of me covering for your ass are over."
Hopefully AB is still in the good-teammate, humble, prove-my-worth mode we saw last year and hasn't resorted to his old ways.

Are you suggesting that him being in a boot was fake too?Tnbandwagoner wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 3:16 pm Anybody else wonder why it's taking AB so long to return from injury? @Tnbandwagoner A bad high ankle sprain can feel like you are putting your weight down on a broken leg. I remember thinking hairline fracture of the bone? It just felt like it.
Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
Is our Giants game gonna look like all the pre Brady games? Has Brady caught IABL, was IABL freely passed out in the past?

Sounds like Gronk and SMB will be back Monday.
Scotty Miller is another gametime decision.
Both SMB and Miller are still on IR so we'll know before Monday if/when they get officially activated

Got it. Next time I won't speculate about injuries of which I know nothing (most of them, tore knee ligaments once). We just need to find some illegal something to give him that will heal it in five minutes so he can get back out there.

Nah, I'm just frustrated he's not on the field. I had not even seen him in the boot.Buccabeer wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 3:49 pmAre you suggesting that him being in a boot was fake too?Tnbandwagoner wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 3:16 pm Anybody else wonder why it's taking AB so long to return from injury? Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
Apparently, the Chef is throwing the whole team under the bus now. Says that AB got his fake card from a teammate that was selling them. He questions if most of the team could have fakes as well.
Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
Who will be the DT that gets called up from the practice squad?

Maybe they bought their fake vaccine cards with counterfeit bills from those links over at BZ

Late night matches should be outlawed

Packers lost
Saints lost
Panthers lost
Hopefully KC beats Dallas.
Bucs need to win Monday. These next two weeks are important with a trip up to Indy (who is playing well) next week.

Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
I'm straight up starting to think that nobody actually wants to win the NFC South this year. We've been desperately trying to give the division away for like 3 weeks now. Pretty much telling everyone else..."Take it! Please!" in which the other teams in the division respond by punching themselves in the face, over and over again.
If it wasn't for us having Brady, this division would probably have like a 8-9/9-8 winner and be a meme division.

Looks like we have the #1 rushing defense back.

KC beat Dallas with neither QB throwing a TD pass and the Cowgirls never found the end zone.
Huge huge opportunity for the Bucs tonight. They win this one, they have a commanding lead in the division and the #3 seed

Bootz, question for you...
You earlier this season said "a lot of members of this board like the Colts and I don't know why, they don't do anything special'
I've been on their train all season... Wentz is a good QB if he doesn't try to be a hero. Taylor is amazing. Their D can play. I like them. They're probably ourtoughest matchup the rest of the season.

Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
Colts are well coached and have an identity as a team.
I said weeks ago they are much better than their record was at the time.
After the Colts 0-3 start they've gone 6-2 and those 2 losses were in overtime to the Ravens and Titans.
The Colts, Chiefs, and Patriots are playing the best of anyone in the AFC right now.

Good timing as well. Come December, they should be heading down from their peak.Dread wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:35 am Colts are well coached and have an identity as a team.

Good for you for being early on their train. I didn't see it and they surely were not playing like it.BJJ34 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:21 am Bootz, question for you...

But since October started they 6-2 with both losses being OT losses.
The bolded part is key to their turn around. Wentz hasn't gotten in the way. As @Dread stated they have an identity and stick to it. Wentz hasn't been a star because they haven't required it of him. As long as he's not trying to do too much they are fine.
That said they are still a 6-5 team and a loss against us Sunday will have them sitting at .500 with 5 games left and 2 games back in their division. If the playoffs started today they'd be preparing for free agency because they wouldn't even make the cut. So like I said, good for you for being on their train early but they still need a lot of help along the way.
That game will be tough but I'm not looking past NY. This game will be tough as well.

Re: Giants @ Buccaneers Discussion Thread
It honestly could come as early as Sunday. If beat them, they drop to 6-6. Their remaining 5 games are Houston, New England, Arizona, Vegas, Jacksonville. Not a murderers row but its not a cake walk either. Realistically if this is the playoff team lil BJ thinks it is, they'd need fo go 4-2 over their last 6. They could but it won't be easy.Buc2 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 9:50 amGood timing as well. 524 yards will make us the #1 offense.
