Conservative offense. LaFleur had neutered him.Primeminister wrote: ↑Mon Sep 20, 2021 9:49 pm I’m just checking in. Anyone watching the Packers game? How does Rogers only have 75 yards passing to start the 4th?

Goff should have gone to the RB. He was open for the 1st.

Re: Week 2 discussion thread
I will admit the Lions look better than I expected. I remember how we rolled them last season so I thought this would be a blowout.
Rodgers threw a nice pass to help create OPI. Brady is the best at it, but A-rod is pretty good too.

yeah, he’s hilarious. charles barkley was on last week and was just as funny.
Re: Week 2 discussion thread
McAfee sweating out his bets…
So I watched his show today while cleaning… Dude was 5-9 yesterday and hedged all his bets into the Sunday NIght game with Mahomes. They lose. He puts everything he lost up on the Packers -11.5. Crazy people.
Why couldn’t they just say that’s why he was sweating? He’s sponsored by FanDuel and ESPN covers gambling aspects of the game?

I agree. I've never been naive enough not to recognize it IS the game for a lot of people, but I have no use for them. Football fans don't worry about if the Chargers will beat the spread, they love the game itself.

Let's roll another joint

It's not hard - just a couple extra steps.
Re: Week 2 discussion thread
Just another reason I said NFL New York will be deep in it this year...
Re: Week 2 discussion thread
They are already making decisions faster than I can blink an eye.

Re: Week 2 discussion thread
it's not like this is a surprised. If I knew that this guy was a piece of shit from my POV, surely Jax did their research and knew the same.
Re: Week 2 discussion thread
Tough week for Noles fans, first you extend your 8-13 Head Coach, then lose the #1 recruit in the nation to Jackson St the next day.
If Norvell ever gets FSU to a bowl game they may build a statue of him outside that shithole of a stadium.
Re: Week 2 discussion thread
hasn't been the greatest that's for sure.
On Norvell, I'm ok with the extension (contracts really don't mean anything now days) seeing how the team did seem at least give a damn about the games and put up a fight.. you know.. quality losses.
Re: Week 2 discussion thread
So, I'm reading that, like, half the WFT is in Covid protocol. WTF?

Especially for a variant that, supposedly, isn't sucha-mucha. A little scratchy throat. Maybe a slight fever. Or, in the case of the majority of these players, most likely no symptoms at all.uscbucsfan wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 2:55 pmI think 100 players went into COVID protocol this week, more than ever.

Re: Week 2 discussion thread
Not that I'm complaining, but I haven't gotten it once. Unless I did and was asymptomatic. I suppose that's possible. Hell, I've never had a case of the "regular" flu. I haven't even had a cold since I left Florida over 16 years ago. Weird.

Safe to say you've never been tested for it then. Just nasty.
Re: Week 2 discussion thread
Yes. I've been tested for it. A few months into the pandemic. I had to get tested in order to have a scheduled medical procedure done.King Bootz wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 3:08 pmSafe to say you've never been tested for it then. Just nasty.

Kinda reckless especially when you know you could be carrying a disease that's highly contagious. I'm not vaxxed either but I like to know if I could possibly get others sick.Buc2 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 3:27 pmI never said I was unvaxxed. I am. This ins getting OT, but even if you're vaccinated, you can contract and spread the virus. I'm with B2's old ass on this one.King Bootz wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 3:43 pmKinda reckless especially when you know you could be carrying a disease that's highly contagious.
