Give him a break, Bootz. He only had a double meat farmer with a side of biscuits and gravy for breakfast. He must have been starving.

This is why he plays on 50% of the defensive snaps last week.

Can't imagine what the secondary will look like if CD3 misses the game also. Something like a preseason game.

I would expect Sherman to go, wouldn't he? Richard Sherman on 3 days practice is still probably better than at least two of those guys.

With that list of injuries I don't see us winning this...

this has a reverse Super Bowl XXXVII written all over it.

Yeah, I'm assuming Sherman plays. Wouldn't doubt it that he starts should CD3 miss the game as well.

Now he may very well have to win a shootout in New England which is less than ideal.
Starting Cornerbacks may be out, but all our Safeties are healthy.

The Bucs offense has the capability toscore alot of points, so a shootout doesn't worry me. The Bucs are much more well equipped to win a high scoring game than a team with a rookie QB and average receivers.

I'm glad we're playing the Patriots this week tbh.

Good news for me is what BA told the media. He said that Sherm would only play in the case of in game injury or emergency situations.

BA is a liar. In my mind, Sherm is playing as many snaps as possible. No way in hell you sign this guy only to sit him out. He's a veteran player. He knows what he's doing. Give him breaks when needed. His fitness obviously won't be up to par. But we will need him today.

Gronk has 4 broken ribs. A punctured lung as well.

We might not see him for a while. Luckily we’re deep there.

If by deep there you mean we spend a lot on the position, agreed. Otherwise we have Brate and a JAG.

NFL coaches aren't always honest in their press conferences. Especially when it comes to injuries and playing time.

This game was a trap game from the jump. Brisk, cool weather night game in Gillette with a crazy crowd! Vs a much improved NE team from last year.

Somehow everyone n their mother acting like Brady was gonna get some parade and allowed to march up and down the field to mass applause. Brady Sr predicting a beating … Its amazing how the media’s manipulation on the general public can make them so delusional !!

Now we have literally NO secondary!! No CD3? SMB, Dean already out! Hey at least we drafted Trask to help in case this happened.

Well according to BA, great week of practice and didn’t foresee Sherman playing much..

I swear I think this team won last year in spite of his ego. It took the public calling out lack of motion n no run game before we implemented it. He better put it on the back burner tonight.

They have a good secondary , HC who will force us to run which he wont like to do.

Oh and 91% of all action tonight is on TB (-7) in Vegas! The most bet team in the most wagered game thus far this year! I already saw the writing on the wall for this one. Predicted a 3 pt win last Sunday-

Now all the injuries, this game feels like a Winston era Bucs game.

Why would they be? And not sure why it would upset any fan…

Lottttta people chicken littleing in here for a team averaging 18 ppg with a rookie qb. This may be a closer game, but it’s still a Bucs victory

They still have the greatest coach in history against a rigid coach who refuses to make adjustments and a DC who isn’t having a good year and missing a lot of personnel.

I think this will be close honestly.

The injuries to the Buccaneers are going to be an issue in this game. Expect Bill to air it out and the Buccaneers to give up big yards to Mac Jones.

None of the people you mentioned are actually on the field. Everything you said may be true, but the players will decide the game, and ours are still better, even with the injuries

I think coaching is more important than you do, I guess. See the game against LAR if you want an example of how coaching matters.

Just saw the worst call of the season in the Washington v. Falcons game. Washington player hits Ryan in the shoulder pad area while Ryan is outside of the pocket and the officials call roughing the passer gifting the Falcons a new set of downs. Utter BS call. Terrible. Glad they are not the officials for tonights game.

From a divisional perspective, yes I agree. But I feel a bit trepidatious about the game tonight. Our top three corners are all out, and our QB's favorite security blanket is as well. Plus, our pass defense even with our starting corners is dildos, and our running game isn't much better.

The closer we get to this game the more concerned I am. Too many injuries and Belichick is the Goat for a reason. Mac Jones will look like the second coming of Brady.

I'm already concerned. Defense is littered with injuries and not playing up to par, Brady's safety blanket is out, run game is absent, and there's the magnitude and emotion involved in the storyline of this game. A lot of things going on with this game tonight.

Inactives should come out soon, but Auman expects Davis to play. Apparently, he was out earlier(I guess during warmups or testing) and looked ok.

Even if Davis plays, I expect Sherm to start on the other side.

I'm hoping our defense is on the field 1st for this game. Don't allow the crowd to get into this game from the start. Get a quick 3 & out or turnover and put the offense on the field with a less hot crowd.

Trent Brown is their (massive) starting LT. If we had a front seven, they would have a great opportunity for some sacks.
