I think it might be done after this game when I look at the body language on the bench. You have a team that just traded away a star and is led by an interim coach. The Buccaneers are being out coached and out played. I would fire the head coach before the plane ride home.

This team is done. Zero fight.

Chances are Brady is clearly disinterested behind the scenes, and the team is responding in kind.

Brady isn't involved with strategy anymore and has left that to Leftwich who is clearly unqualified.

This type of comprehensive catastrophic failure can't be blame on a weak left guard and a tight end retiring.

Nah, Raheem's team checked out to the point where we were losing by like 40 points every week. IIRC the same thing happened with Schiano, the players stop showing up completely.

But it seems like we're trending in that direction.
