Raiders have to be in the market for a QB in April, right? I cant imagine they seriously want Gardner Minshew and Aidan O’Connell fighting for their Week 1 job.
Panthers seriously turned down two firsts from the Rams last year, went out and were the worst team in the league and then traded him for a 2nd and 5th.

Brian Burns just got traded to Giants.

It’s always better to be too early than too late in pro sports.

What a dumpster fire of an org. They just fleeced themselves of multiple 1st round picks and they're stuck with pre spider bite Miles Morales as their starting QB for the next several season.
Will make winning the division 4 years in a row just that much easier.

I was like who the eff is Miles Morales and then I figured it out and laughed.
Zyon was basically a starter anyway as Davis and Dean alternated missing games.
No chance we're going into 2024 with Zyon as a starter.
What if I told you that Zyon McCollum had more defensive snaps and tackles than any of our other cornerbacks?
I wouldn't be surprised if Zyon is a starter this fall. He was a defacto last season for stretches, and flashed on occasion. He's entering year 3 and perhaps most importantly, he's inexpensive.

Cheap+entering year 3+drafted by the Bucs= STARTER!

Sounds about 2010-2013 Bucs to me
Oh, I assume we are going to be adding a young guy in the draft, and who knows this rookie may surprise us. But at the same time, I expect Zyon to lock down his spot.

Well I didn't know he had the most snaps of out DBs. Might explain why we had the 32nd best pass defense. But by all means let's reward that guy because he's cheap.

I can speak to this directly. I think McCollum is a fantastic tackler. It’s probably his best trait as a player. Which is kind of fascinating, considering the level of competition he came from. It’s also the most coachable part of his position, or any defensive position.
It comes down to his ability to cover. Healthy Carlton Davis can cover. By the time you reach the NFL, it is infinitely more difficult to teach somebody how to cover than it is to teach them how to tackle. It says mental as it is physical.
Maybe they’ve done it. We’re gonna find out pretty soon.
