If you're trying to make a race argument I should point out that Tua Tagovailoa is in zero ways black.
Is he white?
Are all non-whites the same to you?

This statement from you tells everyone everything they need to know about not only your ability to evaluate talent, but your bias.

You shit on:
Josh Allen
Justin Herbert
Trevor Lawrence

You praise:
Tua
Fields

...seems a little...biased????
There's a lot of context you're missing for sure.

For one, you'll never find me saying any of those QBs suck and need to be replaced the way you do with guys like Tua or Fields or guys who look like Fields.

For two, there's levels to this. Fields is a lower tier starting QB for sure and no one has ever argued otherwise. But he has indeed improved from year 1 to year 2. The Bears as they are constructed now are not a winning team. But Fields has upside. Acknowledging as such is not praising him.

Tua is #1 this season in passer rating. So I honestly don't know what you're arguing here.

Josh Allen should be in the conversation for best QB in football and he was. But you're saying I "shit" on him for acknowledging his costly turnovers.

Using the same logic you use for Tua, TL isn't that good because he had a poor rookie year and a poor 1st half of this season.

Also using the same logic you use for Lamar Jackson, Herbert has declined in 3 straight seasons now.

But again, unlike you, I think these are great QBs who don't need to be replaced. You think guys like Tua, Lamar, Fields, Murray need to be replaced. Seems a bit.......biased??
Quote me and show me where I said the bolded part, buddy.

IMO, you're never winning a SB with him, but do the Ravens want to find out what life is like without him? I doubt it. However, if they do, there are probably about 20 teams that would jettison their current starter to pay Lamar $50M/year, and probably half of those teams would guarantee him the entire contract.

Texans did Lovie wrong but oh well.

Bears would do well to take the top defender. Texans still get their QB.

I think they’ll opt for a HC who has history with their insufferable GM. He's another one of those from the Pats organization who never actually ever had to do the work but got a job anyway and has completely sucked at it.

So maybe you didn't say he should be replaced. But you admitted your bias against him saying he's "not that dude" yet you're firmly behind guys who haven't come close to accomplishing what he has..

Again seems a bit......biased, even by your own admission.
Boootz:You were right, I was wrong.

Also Bootz: You still are biased because I'm accusing you of saying something you didn't say that, for sake of Bootz argument, I'll still say you said.

They had just signed him to an extension thru 2027. They don't care about that memo the NFL sent.

Kliff gets to go into early retirement now and get paid millions of dollars for doing nothing over the next 5 years.

Pretty sure he's not too shook up about the whole thing.

They couldn't afford not to fire him. After a hot start last season, this team was heading over the Kliff (pun intended) at warp speed.

Oh yeah they were justified. Just really dumb for giving him that extension.

I can understand their thinking. They wanted his deal to lineup with Murray. They thought they had their HC/QB duo for the foreseeable future after the success they had last year. It just all went to shit after Kliff actually had to be a HC and not just a spectator.

I’ve heard that his extension might have been more fluff than truly a financial commitment. Unlike other HC contracts the insiders couldn’t get specifics on his extension.

Kingsbury getting fired is the best chance Murray has.

They became a literal husk of a football team with injuries. Despite that, they came pretty damn close to stealing a division they didn’t deserve in the last week with Josh Dobbs at QB. Firing Vrabel fixes zero problems for Tennessee.
Seeing as they've already fired their GM, I can see them moving on from their coach as well. Otherwise, they've tied their hands when selecting a new GM.
They fired the GM because of his decision to trade AJ Brown instead of paying him was a terrible one. One that Vrabel disagreed with at the time.

Vrabel is a top 10 HC in the league, IMO. Firing him because of an injury filled disaster season is a bad idea. That kind of shit happens in the NFL. Firing people when you end up disappointed doesn’t always fix problems. The greatest coaching staff of all time would struggle to win games with Malik Willis and Josh Dobbs at QB with no receivers and a broken o-line.

But here's the problem now. If the Titans don't fire Vrabel, they've tied their hands. They will be limited in the GM candidates they can choose from. A similar situation happened in Miami after the 2013 season. The Dolphins fired GM Jeff Ireland but decided to hang on to HC Joe Philbin. They ended up settling for Dennis Hickey (thank God because he fucked over Mark Dominick in Tampa) because all the other candidates that were rated ahead of him turned the job down. Why did they turn it down? Because they didn't want to work with Philbin.

Yes if by some idiocy the Titans fire Vrabel we need to Sparta kick Bowles ass out of Tampa immediately and do whatever is needed to get him under contract.

He lasted longer than most HC who make the first jump from College to the NFL.
As far as I can remember, only Jimmy Johnson made the jump successfully and Barry Switzer also won a SB albeit with Jimmy Johnson's team.

Don't forget Pete Carroll, who had the advantage of having two head coaching stints in the NFL early on before bringing two national titles to USC. He won a Super Bowl with Seattle, putting him in the company of Jimmy Johnson and Barry Switzer.

Also, don't forget Jim Harbaugh who took over a 6-10 49ers team and led them to three straight NFC title games and a Super Bowl. And he was a busted play away from winning it.

Lovie & Kliff so far the only Black Monday casualties. Add them to Hack, Reich, and Rhule, it's 5 vacancies this year. Pretty low.

Of course maybe some of the 4 coaches on the list here who are now in the playoffs will be fired...
