Overall Rules
Rank the team you are most confident to win with the higher points (16 if a full week without byes)
All games need to have a rank
You cannot use a rank more than once.
Deadlines are prior to kickoffs .. so you can get the Thursday pick in and come back for Sunday (and occasional Saturday)
We will throw out the lowest score
@Crocaneers Last year I got confused. Is the number in the confidence the number you are awarded if your team wins? I think I started last year using them like ranks (ie. most confident was 1 and least confident 16). I just want to make clear before this season.

I added some clarity with some rules (also we throw out 1 week which helps (Usually with those who don't catch on, or upset week (happens at least 3 times a year))

Every week you get points
One of those weeks will be lowest
It doesn't count
It usually benefits whoever joins late
After the second week the whole ranking adjusts
I keep a spreadsheet and will track the movement after wel 5 or so
I will also track total weekly wins for bragging rights
