Has anyone noticed how much commercials suck these days? I normally watch stuff on record, so I hit the fast forward button and don't see them, but when I watch live sports I am subjected. Good Lord Almighty.

Everyone ripping Bennett, but this is not his kind of game. Bennett is a game manager. He’s used to playing from ahead and playing a balanced game. He’s not a gunslinger who will beat you in a shootout. Ohio State forced Georgia to play their kind of game tonight…a shootout style…and that just doesn’t fit Georgia. It’s like watching Princeton basketball trying to score 100. It’s not their style.

Georgia should never have a game manager at QB. They’re Georgia. They should have a QB who can manage a game and go win you a game.

Yeah but outside Stafford, they have never had the kind of qbs Bama, Clemson, Oklahoma or Ohio State has had. They had Fields for one season but lost him. They always depend on running and defense. Bama showed last year in the SECC game that if you can throw on them, you can beat them. Not many teams can…but Ohio State has tonight.

Well thank goodness for that.

You know what 23 completions on 34 attempts, nearly 400 passing yards, and three touchdowns in a college football playoff game makes you?

A game manager, apparently.

For those of you who may not know- This is Stetson Bennets story. This article is from 2 years ago and even more poignant knowing the last two amazing years of Bennet’s college career.
