Gonna go bold and take the Saints over the Packers. I think this will be a very ugly divorce for Rodgers and Green Bay and it starts week 1.

I could see that happening. I’m not sold on GBs defense.

I could also see Rodgers going crazy for like 400+ because NOs defense definitely regressed.

That's a good kind of bold. I like it Bootz. Seriously. And if it ends up happening I won't be surprised with you putting it into my head and it'll almost feel obvious. Very well done mate

Ravens lost RB Justice Hill for the year. At this rate, they will enter week 4 with LeSean "Shades of" McCoy as their starter. /s

Kind of wondering if we could float Ke'Shawn Vaughn to them. It doesn't seem like he has a future here at this point, and he's better than anything they're going to dredge off the street at this point.

Glad to see you on the other side MDB. I was just blue-skying. I still really like Vaughn. I just don't think OBP does. And with the depth we have a RB ahead of him, he probably doesn't get a shot to change their minds on Sundays this season.

Two or three, probably.

Hopefully we'll see some Detroit Lions type blowouts this year so the puppies can put together some film.

My hope is that Vaughn and Tyler Johnson, amongst others, show enough that they can a real chance to win jobs next year. If only because it'll give us more options with the cap mess.

Kinda like 7th rd Mailata over 1st rd Dillard?

I knew there was a reason I do what I do - hunt for well qualified bargains. I love that word free but I will settle for low cost. All we need to build on and I do a sim and low and begold they got us picking a RB.

Unless they are faking Gio's ankle Vaughn should be in this game.

Yes shred team after team - Trask needs some playing time.

Not sure but I think all 5 IR'ed offensive linemen could be working on being an improved product for next years camp. Or quickly disposed of for not meeting the standard.

We sure could float our 4th string RB to them. Just don't expect anything in return.

Something tells me Brady knows what he has with Vaughn, it's a matter of when he can get him the snaps.

Is there anything to this thought? I hope so because Vaughn is looking like a bust if he's still a #4 RB. Maybe they kept him because he's a good STer.

I’m a Vaughn fan, but he fumbles entirely too much to be trusted.

The best thing I can say is, it's early. The sample size on Vaughn is quite small (36 touches.) You wouldn't pull the plug on a promising NBA player after 36 touches, or a promising baseball player after 36 ABs or batters faced.

That said, I looked back at his college stats for encouragement, and did not find much. He fumbled 7 times in roughly 650 scrimmage touches. That's...not good.

Regardless, I hope he gets a shot to get right here before we move on.

A bettor
@DKSportsbook
just put $150,000 on the BROWNS to win the AFC

Payout would be $1.35 MILLION

I would have to already have $25M to make a bet that size.
