12-5. This is without looking at the schedule knowing we have one of the toughest schedules next year.

I agree with BJJ. 12-5 is a good indicator. Outside the NFC South, the Bucs have SEVEN games against playoff teams and two more against teams that were in it until the final week of last season.

A 12-5 record should be enough to win the NFC South quite handily unless DeShaun Watson comes in.

Our schedule is brutal. BRUTAL. We play all four of last year's Conference Title Game teams. We also play the Packers. And The Cardinals, who were the last undefeated team last season. The Cowboys and Steelers, both playoff teams. The Ravens and Browns, either or both of whom could be good. We have to fly to Germany.

Our easiest game is probably a rebuilding Seahawks team at home, and the two Divisional Games against whichever teams don't land Watson.

11 wins sounds reasonable with all that in mind.

You sweep the division and stay above .500 in the other games.

That's the recipe for success EVERY year. Hard as hell to pull off, but that's what you build your roster to do.

Anything under 11-6 is short of expectations and that goes for all 32 teams.

They should.

If you are an NFL team, winning your division should be goal #1. If you're good enough to win all your division games, you are good enough to have a winning record against the rest of the league. That's 11 games. But you have to build that.

Doug Pederson needs a winning record or at least a.500 record in his division this year to show Jags ownership that the franchise has gotten off the mat and is competing.

That's the way I look at it.

I took it one step further, I went in an tried to predict the schedule as well. I have us at 6 Prime-time games including the TNF. The schedule is pretty brutal, but with that see below:

Septmeber 11 (Sunday Night) - Kansas City Chiefs ---- W
Septmeber 18 (1pm) @ Atlanta Falcons ----- W
Septmeber 25 (4pm) @ Arizona Cardinals ---- L
October 3 (MNF) - Baltimore Ravens ---- W
October 9 (4pm) – @Cleveland Browns ---- W
October 13 (TNF) - Carolina Panthers ----- W
October 23 (1 pm) – @Pittsburgh Steelers ---- W
October 30 (10am) - (Germany) Atlanta Falcons ----- W
November 6 (SNF) - Cincinnati Bengals ------- L
Bye November 13
November 20 (4pm) - @ Dallas Cowboys ----- W
November 28 (MNF) - Green Bay Packers ----- W
December 4 (1pm) - Carolina Panthers ------ W
December 11 (4pm) – New Orleans Saints ------- L
December 18 (4pm) – - @ San Francisco 49ers ----- W
December 25 (SNF) – LA Rams ----- L
January 1 (4pm) - Seattle Seahawks ------ W
January 9 (Flex) - @ New Orleans Saints ------ W

13- 4

That schedule is fucking BRUTAL if Watson gets traded to the NFCS. It was hard enough on its own but Jesus Christ alive that's before a potentially division-changing trade. AND we still gotta go to Germany.

If we get 12 wins I'll dance out the door

No, only to Germany. The schedule isn't out yet, but we are not going to London next year. The Packers are playing in London as the home team.

edit: It seems many believe it will be Bucs v Chiefs in Germany.

That's what I thought. If we had to do a London game vs the Falcons this would've been the first I heard of it. Call it poster creativity in the one I responded to. As long as that didn't happen it doesn't matter whether it said London or not

Sorry my mistake. I am so usta the London games, i didn't think twice. It is only one game for us overseas, and it unfortunately counts as a home game. I fixed my post. This is just a prediction and gives us a view of how brutal the schedule is.

With the Saints, it depends on who they get as QB, but if it's not Watson, I see us finally beating them in the regular season. I don't see this team beating the Chiefs but we will beat the Cards. We probably won't beat Dallas at Dallas. So I agree with 13-4, just not who you have the Bucs losing to.

I think Bucs will beat Saints with or without Watson. Revenge game for Brady.do you think he’ll forget the zero point last game? 9-0! I believe Evans didn’t play that game. Godwin injured in second or third quarter. He has no one thrown to

Well they kicked the shit out of Brady since he's been here, 0-4 regular season, how long before the 'revenge' game kicks in?

We'll talk at the end of the season.

Often my takes seem strange and weak at the time, over time it's amazing how on point they become.

So did everyone else on the team. Does that mean they all played great as well?

Rhetorical question, I know your evaluation process begins and ends with the QB, LOL.

Yeah that NFC game with all those 2H picks was FANTASTIC! He really won that for us!!

And everyone knows he carried the defense in the SB, LOL. He was all over Mahomes!!!

It would be comical if not so pathetic. (Kind of like your weight).

We move on.

Everyone says it every year and then looks at him hard. And every year, he defies nature. He put up MVP numbers at the age of 44. Holy shit!! Nobody does that!!
