The way Cleveland finds 15 game winners is absurd.

They also have an uncanny ability of letting them go at the perfect time

A cool shit would probably be terrifying. I threw up a cold Gatorade once. It was unnerving.

Then there are the times when you've had extra hot wings, and you are just kinda hoping for a splash.

I call that the ring of fire.

Yes, I hear Johnny Cash in my head on those days.

That's what happens when you let the umpires make themselves the focal point of the game and they face zero accountability. Ever.

Twins went from 2 outs away from a no hitter to about to blow a 6 run lead.

Going to be hysterical when mdb wakes up tomorrow and asks someone to Google what happened.

@nybf Your thoughts on yanking Scherzer with a perfect game through 6 and only 68 pitches?

Sorry for those six innings, they must have been super boring to watch :D

It was his first start back from the IL. Way more important for him to be ready to go in a couple weeks when it matters.

No. I care about the post season way more than I care about stats from a random Monday game in Sep.

Whatever happens tonight, Francisco Lindor remains one of the most endearing athletes I've ever seen. Takes a stinger off the knee, falls to a strikeout and yet the guy is probably the calmest person in the stadium. I fucking love that man

Damn, what’s up with the Mets choking?

I don’t think Buck Showalter is the problem

I was hoping for Braves-Mets National League Championship series..

We can bag on the Mets all we want but the Braves just went down in really bad fashion too. It's not much vindication but a lot of top teams could go down right away. As far as I'm concerned, fuck LA too I hope it happens to them too. I want the Padres and Guardians take this thing the whole way so we can have a first time champion somehow

That would have to be MLBs worst nightmare, SD vs. CLE… how many would watch that?

I’m sure they were hoping NYY vs LAD, but big bro got jumped by lil bro.

The barves are serial underperformers. Pretty much every division title since 1995 and only 2 rings. You never hear about it though. Only lolmets.

Harper has definitely made good on that contract, so far. I thought it was pretty horrible when it was signed but he’s done well. He’s also playing hurt right now and doing a pretty good job. He is a tough motherfucker.

World Series starts tonight. I'll take the Astros in a sweep. They'll end the postseason undefeated and the hills will be alive with the sound of music.

I have zero investment in this series. I want the 'Stros to lose so bad.

Okay, maybe I am invested.
