2022 NFL Conference Championships Weekend

Post by Snake »

Bengals @ Chiefs (-7)

Gonna be hard to resist pounding that -7 for KC. Seems like easy money.

49ers @ Rams (-3.5)

Shanahan owns McVay. Look it up.

Go Bengals. Burrow and Chase please go God mode.

If Chase makes it to the Super Bowl in his rookie year as a top 5 WR and still doesn’t win ROTY(Mac)…. i’m going to boycott media in general. No more ESPN when I wake up, no more pregame. It’s to that point.

And before the playoffs it was clear to me that Chase was ROTY. He was 3rd(iirc) in receiving yards. Up in the top 5 for TDs. And if you watched the first time the Chiefs/Bengals played… you’d have given him the award that game.

Yeah, the Rams havent beaten San Francisco since 2018. San Francisco is my great hope left to beat the Rams.

I'm rooting for the Bengals but if Los Angeles gets in I don't need to see that Rams defensive line seriously injure Burrow.

I will not be watching any football this weekend. The pain is still too raw. Hopefully I'll recover in time for the Super Bowl.

I didn't watch the Rams-Titans game for this reason (not sure I've ever seen the whole thing, actually.) How could you? 22 years later and I'm still pissed.

I've lost all interest in football after last week's heartbreaking loss. It killed football for me this year. The only way I watch the Superbowl is if the Bengals and 49ers somehow pull off miracle wins. If it's Chiefs vs Rams either we lose the novelty of being the only home field super bowl winner or if the Chiefs win sports media will become unwatchable due to pushing Mahomes as the GOAT narrative. Be a lot cooler if we just repeated instead of losing due to a poor defensive call.

I’m probably gonna catch the Chiefs/Bengals. My buddy is a Rams fan, and i want the Niners to win because he’s our captain for Basketball and his shit would be unbearable.

I often don’t watch the Playoffs when the Bucs aren’t in… it’s hard to care about other teams when you’ve dedicated so much time to one team. The Super Bowl will probably be interesting.

Honestly, Mahomes v Stafford has interest for me. Jimmu G in the Super Bowl on a contract year, has interest for me. Joey B and Chase have interest for me too. It’s gonna be hard to watch… but there’s interesting storylines for almost every game.

The Rams are a better team vs the league than the 49ers are. The problem is the one weakness for them is the 49ers. They've had their number for so long. And while I'd love to see the Rams in the Superbowl, I think they are gonna blink versus the 9ers once again.

Bengals v Rams would be my choice but it likely ends up being a KC v SF repeat. Lame.

I'd like that. And then a Bengals win to piss off our resident 9ers fan.

For entertainment purposes I’d want rams chiefs.

Anybody remember their MNF game?

I watch all NFL football. I'm a Bucs diehard, but more a fan of the sport itself.

Agree that it would be hard to bet against the Chiefs -7. But I'll be rooting for the Bengals as a fan.

I think the Rams finally breakthrough and beat the 49ers. If so, I think they beat the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. They are built defensively to match up well with what the Chiefs do on offense.

I have no love for the Rams, but it's just a feeling with how they are playing.

Most entertaining SB to me would be Chiefs/Rams, but really don’t have a dog in the fight, just hoping for some great games this weekend.

But my last favorite matchup would be a KC/SF repeat.

I'm fine with either Burrow or Mahomes, but I don't think the 49ers have any shot at beating the Chiefs, so I guess I'm cheering for the Rams?

As long as the Rams lose I am OK. I hate the Rams almost as much as the Saints and Packers.

Y'all know I'm in Chiefs country. Let's just say my son gave A LOT of shit to Chiefs fans after the last Superbowl. If they win this one, it's not going to be a pleasant week of school for him.

Then why are you talking about football on a football forum?
