Chest of Gold- Eagles

My Chest of Gold goes to DC Todd Bowles. With all his starters back for the first time since week one, this defense proved exactly what it could do. The fact that Philly had a limited passing attack played right into this defense's hands and Bowles made the proper adjustments to shut it down for most of the game.

Honorable Mention to Mike Evans for catching nearly everything thrown his way and to Ryan Jenssen for getting banged up but insisting on finishing the game.

This could go to many different people. That's the way it goes when you have a 31-0 4th quarter lead in a playoff game.

I'll go with Bowles also. Turns out the demise of our run defense was slightly over exaggerated. Other than that one 36yd TD run in the 4th quarter the Bucs completely shut down the Philly #1 ranked rushing attack.

Without Evans yesterday, they don’t fear our offense at all.

Side ball to Gio/Vaughn. Also Jensen for being the toughest sob to play.

Only reason the run defense was so bad in the last few games was because the Bucs were missing LVD, Shaq, and JPP. All three came back yesterday and showed zero rust.
