I guess they’ll continue to exist. Only as an irrelevant NAIA version of D1.
What was that quote from the machines in The Matrix? “there are levels of existence we are prepared to accept”

So basically the new PAC-12 will be the old Mountain West, sprinkling in some teams from the old Pac 12. They should be lumped in as a Group of Five conference. They better not get an automatic playoff berth.
** FIGHTING IRISH ** Multiple sources confirming that Notre Dame boosters have already contacted Urban Meyer about his potential interest in coaching the Irish. Meyer over his career has consistently put into all his contracts that he would not have to pay a buyout if he was to take his "dream job" coaching the Irish. Meyer was the WR coach for Notre Dame from 1996-2000. After losses to smaller schools like Marshall and Northern Illinois it appears that Marcus Freeman may be losing support amongst donors. If Notre Dame was to remove Freeman it wouldn't cost them much as he has one of the smallest buyouts (roughly 4 million) amongst coaches of any major program.

Smart move if true. Like I said last week, I like Freeman the person and recruiter, but if he can't coach you have to move on. That loss last week is largely on the coaching staff.
Kansas State vs. Arizona is pretty big. Winner could end up as the No. 3 or 4 seed in the playoff for all we know based on these rules that a conference champ automatically gets a first round bye. And the Big 12 is weak.

so is the future Pac-12... unless they add the North and South Dakota teams (The top two FCS schools). Montana Grizzlies too
FSU is really bad. The QB is awful. The HC needs to go. But in all fairness, the best Florida HS players go to where they are paid the most. NIL and transfer protocol have ruined college football.

They still have to play Miami, Notre Dame, Clemson and some other teams who are better than them. When was the last time that both FSU and Florida finished non-bowl eligible?

Notre Dame Pre game CBS crew said FSU is the first team in history to be preseason top 10 and go 0-3. That's some feat.
This week #24 Illinois is playing #22 Nebraska...I don't recall those two ever being ranked when they played against each other since Nebraska joined the B1G.

Dylan Raiola cosplaying as Mahomes is fucking weird. Grow up bro.
It's really odd.
If you look at images from him in High School he didn't wear the gear Mahomes does, didn't have the same warm up celebration, had a different number, and didn't he have the facial hair that Mahomes does.
This is something that started when he got to Nebraska and it's cringe.
