Making sure our new home thrives - It’s a Buc’s Life!

Hello Fellow Buccaneer’s fans- If you have had enough of migrating from Buc’s board to Buc’s board then this post is for you. This board was created to be the last time we ever have to start over again on a new board again (it is already locked up for 10 years). Our new home was created to be a community for Buc’s fans run by Buc’s fans. The goal of this board is to be thriving, interactive, and fun. Hopefully bigger and better than any past board Buccaneer’s board.

However, in order for that to happen the most important agenda needs to be bringing in new membership. And for THAT to happen we need your help. You are a founding member of It’s a Buc’s life and have already invested in helping us grow exponentially. And now it is time for all of us to take the next step of stepping into making this board thrive. Our initial goal will be a MINIMUM of 20 new members a week, shooting for 4000 for the year. This is entirely doable, especially during the season. And while I am more than willing to lead the charge on this and have ideas that have helped grow memberships on other communities of which I am an admin, if this board is going to truly thrive your participation in driving new membership to our new home is a necessity.

Below are some ways for all of you to get involved in creating our new community. Look below and if you see something that you know you have skill in, or just would enjoy doing, then please comment below on which role you would be willing to take on. And of course, if you have an idea I have not thought of then post that ideas and how you see yourself taking those on.

Here are some ideas of ways you can help (all of these can be done by all of us too).

1. If you are on facebook or instagram - post this link https://www.itsabucslife.com/ to this board and invite all your friends to join letting them know the fun we are going to have.

2. If you have specific Facebook friends that you know are Buccaneer fans then directly send them the link https://www.itsabucslife.com/ and request they join you here

3. If you are a member of any Buccaneers myriad of facebook pages then go there and share the link there to this board. https://www.itsabucslife.com/
The more of us sharing this link the better!

4. There was a time when we had lots of posters from different teams that became part of our group i.e Bayou etc. and talking smack is fun - So we could each pick a couple of other teams boards and brag about our team - post our link inviting them here etc. The down side to this (and it is potentially a significant one) is that we will get lots of trolls- not sure the reward is worth the risk but thought I would throw it out there.

5. If you know any Buccaneer’s front office personnel, players, coaching staff, 1 Buc Place employee’s, Janitors, vendors etc- ask them to join us, tweet about us or post on their facebook/instagram page about us, using this link https://www.itsabucslife.com/
