If the Bucs lose next week to the Panthers, they don't deserve the playoffs anyway, and rightly so.
I mean, yeah. Doesn’t mean I still can’t be worried about the possibility of it happening.

No teams in the NFCS have a winning record. If Chicago beats ATL today (ahead by 10 in the 4th) and both TB and Saints lose next week, who wins the NFCS?

This game pisses me off. How could this team not be ready for this game? How could they not want this game?

Very similar to the throw Baker did to Rakim Jarrett.

Bowles deciding to ram his original game plan down (that had us losing 4 in a row) everyone’s throat to try to prove he knew what he was doing. THAT is NOT this team.

Refs dont want overtime
Even if they don't, that was like five minutes after the play ended, and there was no flag on the field.

That's fucking nuts.

If this is true then The falcons have a lot of reasons to beat the Saints next week and not just flake out

This game made me realize that nothing about this team may have fundamentally changed. Baker balled the hell out the last two games and the Jags were way too hurt playing against us.

This is still a somewhat poorly coached team that struggles to put it's players in position to succeed.

Also means nothing to us because if we don’t beat Carolina then it doesn’t matter. I’m confused as to how the Falcons would win the tiebreaker though since we have the best conference record. Unless they skip that and go to common opponents first or something, idk.

Edit: thought about it again and in this scenario Atlanta would be 4-2 in the division and we would be 3-3, so yeah. Falcons get in with a win next week and if we lose.

Breaking a tie between three or more divisional teams
The following NFL playoff tiebreakers are applied in the event of three or more teams within a division being tied. If after any of the following steps are enacted, two teams remain tied, then the tiebreaking procedure reverts to step 1 of the two-club tiebreaker above.
1. Head-to-head record.
2. Best win percentage in games played within the division.
3. Best win percentage in common games.
4. Best win percentage in games played within the conference.
5. Strength of victory.
6. Strength of schedule.
7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
9. Best net points in common games.
10. Best net points in all games.
11. Best net touchdowns in all games.
12. Coin toss.

If TB loses to Carolina and ATL beats NO the head to head is
TB 2W - 4L, NO 3W - 3L, ATL 4W - 2L.
ATL wins NFCS at 8-9.

And if the Saints win next week and we lose they get in. So we have to win no matter what next week.
