Goodell…..
I have yet to hear from literally anybody how you are supposed to tackle a guy from behind any other way.
Tackle a runner around the shoulders? He's gonna run away from ya. Around the chest? Ditto. Dive at his legs and hope you clap his heels together? Desperate and unlikely to work.
You grab a dude around the waist and bring him to the ground. Especially if he's SPRINTING away from you, there's no other way to do it.
Banning or making this a penalty would literally kill the sport, and I'm not prone to doomsinging hyperbole.
I am just dumbfuggled by this one, also. It's literally - and yes, I know the definition of that word - literally calling for the outlawing of the only available means to tackle a guy from behind. But hey, maybe that's the league? Once he's past you, no tackles from behind. Put a camera in the offensive guy's helmet and pov video game it from there.
Protip: always bet the over.

Serious question, if you do not know about them - do you look up the players I pick in my sims?

Raiders are just getting every break. The Chargers look to be moving on to next season.

They look worse than the 2011 Bucs that had given up on the season.

This is what the chargers look like without Herbert carrying them.

This game might go to the over... and still only have one team score.

I just checked on ESPN what the score was. I made a wise decision not to watch the game. Blowout would be an understatement.

Too bad for the Raiders that they did not spread out their points over the last few games. Blowing the offensive production on one game doesn't help a season.

Do you have video evidence of all of these not working multiple times? If every is hip drop tackling, you are simply assuming at this point. Also I wanted to add tackling the leg and not the hip hasn't even been mentioned as a way to tackle someone from behind

He's got a point. Sean Payton is one of them.
No, I don't think Staley is a great coach.

You know back channels lead to hidden open discussions before decisions are made, that might of been the better way to go.

Most games this weekend have playoff implications. I hope the Bucs don't fuck up, preventing me from enjoying the weekend as a fan of football.

I believe that DevIn White will not play.
Carlton Davis and Will Gholston will be out Sunday against the Packers, per Todd Bowles. “Everybody else will be [a] game-time [decision],” Bowles said. Vita Vea didn’t practice today but he’ll be questionable. Devin White will be a “game-time decision,” Bowles said.

What happened to Davis?
White has been healthy scratched basically. They just don’t want to publicly insult him.

You're accusing the Bucs of violating the CBA with no basis. That's embarrassing for you enough. That you keep doubling down on it eviscerates your credibility.

Wow, we all saw it coming, right?
Bucs announce they’ve waived running back Ke’Shawn Vaughn. Former draft pick had been a healthy scratch, inactive as fourth back for last two month

There were probably 8 kickers I had higher on my board.
In that round alone.
