Giants vs Packers will be. The Packers have played better recently but they haven't exactly been a juggernaut. And the Giants have done better.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. In all fairness it is really difficult to change teams for a Thursday night game. Before the start of the season, the commissioner's office must have thought that this would be a competitive game that would impact standings. They were wrong.
