No way Bucs are going to win against the Packers or any team that is "surging".

Bowles' tendency to coach passively, not to lose.
Loafing, uninvolved players like Devin White, CD3 and Dean.
Unnecessary rotation of players instead of sticking with the hot hand. This means a ton of reps for JTS, Nelson and not enough for Diaby and Watts. A whole drive of Edmonds or Vaughn, because a 23 yr old Rachaad White needs a breather after our defense gives up a 10 minute scoring drive to the opponent.

We have way too many factors going against us that don't have much to do with talent deficit.

Payton is one of the best. You don't spend 15 years in the same place unless you're good at your job (unless your name is Jeff Fisher).
