Glazers and Licht need to do some true analysis on coaching staff candidates this offseason. The retreads and big names (old dudes) are dinosaurs now. The league and game has changed and our coaching staff needs to reflect it.

I don’t know who is the right hire. All I know is that Glazers love to make the big name hire. It worked for us with BA and Brady but BA is a different beast than Bowles. If Glazers stick to big name hires to replace Bowles, who is out there besides Harbaugh?
