That is pass interference. The DB outright slowed down the WR's ability to run full speed and covered up WR's vision to be able to locate the ball. There are many WRs if not wrestled by DBs for about 10 yards could easily come within the zone of the ball and catch it. This PI is more egregious than when the Packers DB got called for PI against Tyler Johnson in NFC championship game of 2020 season.

By the time those guys came into play, I was already committed to San Fran, so they just annoyed me more than anything else. I respectively hated them.

There was handchecking by both players. The pass was 6 to 8 yards towards the center of the field. The DB has a right to his position on the field. The RCV would have had to go through the DB to get anywhere near the pass. Again, the DB has the right to his position. The refs correctly decided there was no PI on the play. The Chiefs should have been penalized 15 yards ( or half the distance to the goal) for the DB taking off his helmet after the play concluded.

Definitely the secondary. When Collinsworth was talking about Wilks letting their guys go into man a lot more often I said I sure hope the fuck not. That's why.

I honestly would be down for changing up the award system. Coach of the year is one I want to see changed the most. It’s not an award about who did the best coaching job, but which coach won more games than Vegas and the media predicted.

Agreed. He's far and away the most valuable player on this or any other offense team right now. No QB is really standing put at this point. 14 straight games with a TD is absurdly great.

Purdy is really good. Who can beat this San Fran team? I say no one. A healthy San Fran team should win the SB. Yes, any given Sunday;but man what a well put together team.
