There is one for the entire NFL, but no one has made a Bucs only.

Odds via Caesars Sportsbook
No. 1 Alabama (-14.5) at No. 11 Florida: Florida played Alabama closer than anyone last season, falling 52-46 to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship Game before Bama completed its march to a national title. But these Gators still have a lot to figure out, and that's reflected in the spread for their home showdown Saturday with the Crimson Tide on CBS. Even if Florida does start Anthony Richardson over Emory Jones at quarterback, asking a redshirt freshman making his first career start to keep it close against the nation's No. 1 team is a tall order.

No. 22 Auburn at No. 10 Penn State (-5): Auburn is outscoring opponents 122-10 through two games, but knowing what to make of the Tigers under first-year coach Bryan Harsin is difficult considering those two victories came against Akron, a lower-tier MAC team, and Alabama State of the FCS. Penn State has been tested against Wisconsin and Ball State, which is an upper-tier MAC team, and has passed both tests. The atmosphere at Beaver Stadium for a top-25 night game should be lit, and that will make things even tougher for an Auburn team making a steep jump in level of competition.

Nebraska at No. 3 Oklahoma (-22): These former Big 12 rivals split their last two meetings -- both decided by a single possession -- in 2009 and 2010. But they haven't played since the last round of conference realignment put them in different leagues, and the programs have gone divergent directions since then. That's reflected in this spread as Oklahoma enters as an overwhelming favorite against a Nebraska team that was rumored to be looking for a way out of this game back in the spring.

No. 8 Cincinnati (-3) at Indiana: This game represents an opportunity for Cincinnati to prove itself on the national stage in a way the Bearcats couldn't last season due to the scheduling limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic. Though Indiana's Week 1 loss to Iowa dropped the Hoosiers from the polls, it would still constitute a big win for a Cincinnati squad striving to become the first Group of Five team to make the College Football Playoff. The Bearcats struggled in the first half against Murray State last week, but they may have been looking ahead to this one.

No. 15 Virginia Tech at West Virginia (-2.5): Virginia Tech won the most-recent meeting between these border state foes back in 2017 and enters this one ranked, but the Hokies are nevertheless underdogs on the road. West Virginia's 30-24 loss at Maryland in Week 1 apparently hasn't soured the oddsmakers on what the Mountaineers can accomplish in coach Neal Brown's third season. Being an underdog didn't bother the Hokies against North Carolina in Week 1, though, and Virginia Tech can validate its upset of the Tar Heels with a strong showing here.

No. 19 Arizona State (-2) at No. 23 BYU: The Cougars and Sun Devils are meeting for the first time since 1998 in what became a top-25 matchup following BYU's big win over Utah in Week 2. The environment at BYU's LaVell Edwards Stadium for that game was electric, and it should be again for this game even though Arizona State isn't a rival. The Sun Devils have a couple of routine victories against overmatched foes under their belts, and this will be a massive upgrade in quality of opponent and hostility of environment.

Best of the rest
South Carolina at No. 2 Georgia (-31)
Georgia Tech at No. 6 Clemson (-29.5)
New Mexico at No. 7 Texas A&M (-26)
Purdue at No. 12 Notre Dame (-7.5)
No. 16 Coastal Carolina (-10.5) at Buffalo
Michigan State at No. 24 Miami (-7.5)
Northern Illinois at No. 25 Michigan (-27)
Minnesota at Colorado (-2.5)
UCF (-7.5) at Louisville
Nevada (-3) at Kansas State

Texas is one of the most overrated CFB jobs.

Jobs I would take over UT.

Alabama.
Ohio State.
Oregon.
Florida.
Penn State.
Oklahoma.
TAM.
Georgia.
Michigan.
LSU.
Iowa (yep).
Kentucky (yep).

And probably a few others.

Well, when was the last time that Texas football was nationally relevant? Vince Young?

I wouldn't turn my nose up at the Texas job, and even if it isn't what it once was it is still a big step up for most people. But I would rather take the USC gig personally if the option were either/or, and I think most people would.

Texas made it to the National Title game vs Bama w/ Colt McCoy just after VY left there for the NFL.

But they've been circling the drain for a while since McCoy now a 30+ yr old veteran back-up QB these days.

Texas is also about to join the SEC where teams like Arkansas (who they just got spanked by) struggle to win any conference games.

Meanwhile USC plays in the PAC12, and while I know you have a bias since you're WC guy, the reality is the PAC12 or whatever it will become is much more winnable for USC than the SEC is for Texas.

Not to mention USC can recruit the western US with less competition than Texas will have to deal with.

So yeah, I'd definitely take the USC job over Texas since returning the program to prominence is much easier there.

It'll be the 1st real test for us this season, I honestly have no idea what to expect. Kinda just hoping we don't come in there and get blown out.

I am being serious. I think people see cfb jobs as annual salaries, brands, and weather. What about...

Do fans/local media/boosters/school have realistic expectations?

Let's look at Iowa.

Iowa has employed 2 coaches in the last 41 years. Hayden Fry (1979-1998) won the B1G 3 times in 20 years. Overall record of 143-89-6. Only dropped below .500 four times in those 20 years. Some bowl game wins, some losses. No NCs. Fry retired while undergoing cancer treatment.

His replacement, Kirk Ferentz. 170-106. 3 below .500 finishes. Two of those 3 were his two first seasons there. Two B1G championships in 22 years. Six 10+ win seasons. No NCs. Some bowl game wins, some losses. They are a mid-tier B1G team most seasons. Flirt with the top end of the B1G occasionally. Are good for an upset against a high ranked team once every few years. No delusions of winning a CFB playoff.

Ferentz currently makes $4.9m annually. Good for 19th in cfb. Ryan Day is making $5.7m. How much more pressure does Day have? He just lost to a great Oregon team and he's on a press tour talking Buckeye Nation off the ledge and flirting with firing his defensive coordinator. Day isn't allowed to lose a single game. If he fails to make the CFP the season is seen as a failure.

It's a matter of preference. OSU has that mystique. It has that history. If you're competent, you have a chance to win it all.

Iowa? you have a chance to graduate a TON of kids. Your best will leave early to go pro, as they should. You'll still have a ton of seniors you developed from solid 3*s to grown graduated Hawkeyes who give you a chance most weeks. In addition to a massive walk-on system that puts 100 quality football players at your doorstep every year. Plus, the boosters aren't calling you at half time like Herman at UT. You aren't having to hobnob with fake celebrity fans like you would at USC.

Go to USC/UT/Tennessee and get fired after 3 years with a nice buyout, or feasibly coach at Kentucky/Iowa/Michigan for 10+ years and do a good job and live happily ever after?

I know what I choose. Though I don't care terribly much about being in the sun ALL the time. Or having a chance to win a CFB playoff.

Some of the bottom barrel SEC jobs wouldn't tempt me. I'd probably shoot for a strong G5 school instead.

Arkansas is on their fifth coach since 2012. Joined the SEC in 1992 and haven't won the conference yet. Delusional.

I can definitely see Franklin and using NIL in USC.

Penn State with NIL isnt lucrative. They won’t be able to lure big talent theyre just no money in Pa outside of certain industries.

He has a chance to be the "smallest' school QB ever to go #1 overall.

I love those stories ... seeing Gary Clark and Charles Haley in college (JMU) and how they turned out, was great

Willis is a core guy and a great person. It's already a good story without the ending.... can't wait

I don't think Freeze wants to be back at a high profile program.

Not that they don't mind giving him another chance. But his exit from Ole Miss was disgraceful both professionally with all the violations and vacated wins, and personally with him using university resources on escorts for himself.

I think he and his family like him being in the smaller/religious school setting.

Which is great for Liberty since they get a Head Coach to run the program that is probably over qualified in many aspects.

A friend of mine played at Ole Miss during the Freeze era. Apparently the religious stuff was pushed very heavily. Makes the escort thing even better.
