It says a lot about a person's character when they play 5 years with a team who invested a #1 pick and over $60M and he waits until AFTER those 5 years are up and the team moves on from him... to have a procedure that would help him see better.

Another major detail @CannonFire and @kaimaru failed to mention is that LASIK recipients have to qualify. Your prescription must be stable and unchanged for 2 consecutive years. That's why they don't recommend the surgery for people under 25 as your eye sight is still changing and developing at that age. Most doctors won't even perform the surgery on people under 25. It's not something you can walk into an office and say "hey I want LASIK today please".

So unless @CannonFire or @kaimaru have had access to Jameis Winston's optometrists records and prescriptions, they don't know when he became a candidate for LASIK. My guess is that both of them knew that, which is they they completely ignored me telling them they know nothing about LASIK and instead went for other aspects.

As for the character and eye surgery, they do go hand-in-hand because if someone chooses not to get something done that would help them and chose not to do it until after millions of dollars were invested in that person, that's a big red mark.
