How is it emotional and knee-jerk if some have been saying it for months?

Yes. I see no indication that Bowles has improved from his Jets days. Leftwich is just a bad play caller. These are not the guys that you want leading the rebuild.

Guess it doesn't matter though. Next year if Brady leaves will be terrible regardless who is coaching. If we don't fire them this off-season, they'll be fired next when the Bucs go like 3-14.

Yes. Fire them both. Also fire the players who have completely sucked this season. Brady, Fournette, Brate, Donovan Smith, Goedeke, Gage, Jones, DW, CD3, Hall to start with.

I don’t disagree with most of your list. It’s time for some serious roster churn.

I don't see many guys getting open due to the scheme of any play calls, it's all up to them to win

That's just bad offensive design

The personnel and scheming require a good o-line. Just not the case this season for a variety of reasons.

So keep slamming your head against the wall and wondering why it hurts??

Good coaching has to adapt to what the players you have can actually do

What?! Yea, that's why teams pay millions and using draft capital to get the best possible players for their team. So they can adapt to the players they actually have. Dumbest fucking thing I've read all night. Shit is shit.

Arians truly was a great coach. Him retiring really fucked everything.

So the Ravens don’t adapt for Lamar’s style of play. Your boy Shanahan doesn’t adapt for Purdy. You’re an idiot

I’m the fool who voted “Yes, only Leftwich”.

I could stand another year of Bowles. Defense played well enough. Not a good habit to fire coaches after 1 year. Only argument I could see was if a Sean Payton type coach actually wanted to come here. In that case, fire Bowles too.

Can’t imagine another year of Sandwich. Mediocre QB and a worse coach.

Tbh, I don't actually disagree with most of that. Brady doesn't belong here anymore...he needs a team that is ready to compete. Fournette could go somewhere else, idgaf. Brate is old and useless at this point. Donovan Smith had the worst season of his career. Gage and Jones provided nothing for most of the season. DW...god he sucks lol. Goedeke and Hall I give a bit of a pass as they're just rookies.

Seriously though, we need to clean house if we want the rebuild we really need.

The 49ers show how important talent + coaching is

You think Bowel movement/Lefty would utilize McCaffrey like the 49ers have? Or Deebo?

Imagine if we had Brady McCaffrey Deebo and Trask was thrown in on a Brady injury. You think we’re winning games?

Makes sense. The quarterback talent you need to run that scheme is ridiculous. In addition to a really solid offensive line. It’s a natural pivot point.

Bye Lunchbox. Enjoy never being an NFL head coach.
