Yes. The conferences alternate every year. Our 17th game we get the Chiefs at home
I know the NFL wants to get to an 18th game. How long before they look into the current format? It will be an oddity that Tampa Bay gets 3 of the 4 divisional winners at home next year.

It's the same for the Packers, Cowboys, and Rams. The schedule works out just fine with 17.
