Sherman's last year in SF was an embarrassment, and he seems to be keeping up the trend - lagging behind the WR. I wasn't thrilled about the signing and not impressed with what I'm seeing so far. Any scrub on the practice squad could do what Sherman is doing for a quarter of the price tag, definitely can't be any worse.

CD3 has had an abdomen injury he's been dealing with. It was the injury report this week that made him questionable for tonight.

I don't know the severity of abdomen injuries, but it's a muscle most likely, which is a shorter recovery than ligament injuries in the knee or ankle.

We'll see what Pierre Desir can do with Sherman. Not exactly murderers row of QBs the next few weeks.

I was thinking exactly this. Run it at them. Keep the defense off the field

On defense, I think he just have go Press Man and Blitz. Our CB's won't hold up long but hopefully we can buy enough time for the rush to get home. We will either will give up some big plays but hopefully we can bit Jones for negative yards and cause some turnovers.

Are you just making shit up? Sherman played 5 games in 2020 and was not “an embarrassment”. His 2019 year was one of the best in his career.

That was some seriously high-level coaching on display by Bowles and Leftwich. Good thing those guys are getting paid millions because they're worth every penny.

I especially liked the play where we pulled a guard to block the Pat's top pass-rushing LB, followed by an even more brilliant call, a screen pass on third and eighteen. Such genius coaching the league has seldom seen.
