Right? He musta had an addictive personality.
More like insecurities brought on by his upbringing and then having to play for Schiano. Yeah, Josh was 6'6 and 240 lbs but he was still just a kid. He and his siblings were all fucked up, though. His sister Ashley was your standard UT going, SoHo partying thot and his brother (forget his name honestly) was so far in the closet he was finding next year's Christmas presents.

His sister is actually who I met him through, she was a friend of one of my best friend's girlfriends at the time and we'd all go party in SoHo pretty much every weekend, if not multiple nights a week. For those of you who know the area, my buddy lived next door the The Dubliner and across the street from MacDintons in a shitty duplex.

Josh was a nice dude actually. Really down to earth, didn't ever use his status in a dick-ish way. He just loved his booger sugar and hallucinogens.

It was kind of the worst possible situation for Freeman here. Immature dude. Immature coach. Youngest locker room in the league. Very shaky/bad organizational structure at that point. No adults in charge.

And if that isn't bad enough, we follow that up, after basically make a mess of the kid, with a coach who foams at the mouth if your toes aren't squarely on the line. It's like a clinic on ruining a young QB.

Not saying it's not Josh's fault. He WAS still a grown man making a lot of money. But again, we didn't do him any favors here. It would have been interesting to see how he'd have done with Tony or BA or with a better organization.

If he had had a guy like Tony or BA, or hell, even Gruden or a Lovie type guy, really anyone but a complete fucking psychopath he probably would have been okay. Not guaranteeing that he'd have been a franchise QB but he at least wouldn't have had the off the field issues.

Every single thing I’ve read/heard about Schiano is negative. And I’m pretty entrenched in B1G football world. He was an assistant for my local team and treated normal people very badly. was also the shadow authority behind the throne of the team and made life hell for other assistants.

So, now that he's back and, reportedly, practicing as if he never left, are all tits calm again?

Do the gay teammate and the witchcraft cancel each other out? Asking for an animal abusing lunatic who has been conspicuously absent.

Unrelated to Brady and related to long live the Buccaneers, this 2022 draft might be, top to bottom, my favorite Licht/Spytek et al draft.

We’ve got several guys that can help us immediately.

We’ve got Special Teams help coverage and kicking.

We’ve got an injection of high floor youth on both the DL and OL and it looks like they’ll both get meaningful snaps this year.

We’ve got a high IQ, high maturity playmaking RB in the passing game and in space.

We’ve got physicality and versatility everywhere.

We’ve got a high ceiling CB.

As a template, this is really about as perfect an NFL draft as you could want. Yeah, this is my favorite draft of this regime without a single NFL snap yet. Really well done Licht/Spytek/et al.

I love that we went 1-2 with DL/OL.

I like that we replenished depth at a couple of spots where it was waning - RB and TE.

I think we did a nice job with finding a high-upside guy in McCollum.

I love that Ko Kieft potentially gives us something we've lacked for a generation - a slobberknocker fullback.

I'm a bit dubious Camarda will justify his pick, but it's a quibble.

I think there were better uses for the Andre Anthony pick.

I have a hard time seeing this turning out out to be a "legendary" draft. We went relatively low ceiling with our first two picks, and I'm not sure White is stout enough to ever be a bell-cow. But I expect this entire class (save maybe Anthony) to make the 53, which is pretty good considering we're a Superbowl contender. And I definitely think we'll see 4+ guys who play out their rookie deals and are plus contributors to the cause.

I’ll find it. Wes Welker went to the same place. Welker implied Brady referred him but didn’t put him on blast openly.

Haha thanks.

My hair is loooong gone, but who knows what the future holds. I’ve shaved it so long that it doesn’t really bother me much anymore, but if there was major enough advancement, I’d do it… bc why not?
