You know your secondary is bad when even a rookie can find an open receiver when you try to blitz. Is it the players or the coach and scheme?

Again, the coverage isn't married to the front, just like it was versus the Rams.

We are blitzing like mad, and playing soft/off in the secondary. All Jones has to do is go to his hot read and hit him.

If you want to play coverage, play coverage. If you want to blitz, you need to contest those receivers, or else they will just hit their hot reads and nickel-and-dime us down the field. Again.

Brady is the biggest issue, imo. I don't know if it's the weather or his lack of confidence/security without Gronk. The throws are everywhere. He needs to chill.

Sherman is killing the defense, but Jones is afraid to throw the ball further than 5 yds. If he goes down field more, we would definitely be getting beat by more than 4 pts.
