I really thought this year would be one to remember for the Jets. Maybe follow in the Brady-Stafford path. But between this and Wilson, that's some cold water on that trend.

It’ll be tough for Aaron to come back from Achilles tendon injury at his age.

IMO he’ll be back

You are calling it for sure. Hate to over react 1 game but if he is taking a step back, looks like this year.
It’s not 1 game though. He leads the league in turnovers since 2018.
When I read that, and looked at the list at how many quarterbacks has a 1 to 1 ratio or worse of turnovers to games played since 2018 had a couple of surprises:
Matt Ryan
Dak Prescott

Eagles are a beatable team, by the likes of Bucs. Even if we shit the bed and lose against the Bears, Bucs can beat the Eagles without any flukes involved. Jalen Hurts has a ceiling to his game. Their defense can be had by Evans and Godwin. Baker is inconsistent no doubt, but so is Jalen as a passer. I have faith in our run D to make them one dimensional.

Didnt see the game. Are the Eagles stripping at the ball for those fumbles?

They ran all over a Vikings’ D that we had trouble getting 2 yards per carry against and our line is going to struggle with their front 7 big time.

Bears first, but I’m not optimistic about week 3.

Vikings should change their name to the Santa Claus's. 7 turnovers in 2 games, 6 by fumbles. Cousins has 3 of those fumbles. Yet they only lost by 3 against the Bucs and 6 against the Eagles. TO's will kill you.

Yup. That was the difference in them going 11-0 in 1 score games last year. Already they are 0-2 in those contests. Turnovers kill you.

As much as Eagles fans are crowing about last nights game, they were a John Jefferson fumble out of the endzone of being down 1.

The guy who wouldn't have fumbled the ball out of the endzone.

Justin Jefferson is who I meant.

The Packers QB formula is proving strong.

Play your guy for 15 years. Win a Superbowl. Draft his successor. Sit him for 3 years. Trade incumbent to the Jets.

Jordan Love certainly looks good this season this far. We will see how he looks when DCs get film on him.

One of my partners is a Lions fan and he cannot believe the Packers can keep getting elite QB play like this for what, 30 + years straight or something?

The Packers do it the right way. Take a QB when they don't need one, let him learn with the clipboard, then they mature.

Losing to Desmond Ridder likely not part of the formula.

Not sure we should be too impressed by their win against the Bears considering what I just saw.

Atlanta is going to be tough though. Some picked them to take the division before the season...Ridder has a unique situation with a good backfield, TE and some good Recievers. He doesnt have to be the guy.
