Re: 2021 NFL Season
He has only played in 9 games. Averaging it out for a full season he would be around 750 yards. Johnson has played 560 offensive snaps and Julio has played 347. 200 more snaps and still has less yards than Julio.

For an 18 game season.accidentw8ing2happen wrote: ↑Fri Jan 07, 2022 8:21 pmHe has only played in 9 games. Averaging it out for a full season he would be around 750 yards.
For a "normal" 16 game season, that comes out to 668 yards. That would be his fewest since 2013 when he played 5 games.
For a 17 game season, that's 710. Still bad.

Watching the Cowboys v. Eagles and heard the announcer say the Cowboys have the #1 scoring offense in the league. I guess he failed his IQ test.
Tampa - TD Rec - 40, Rsh 16, 2 PT conversion 1 = 338
Dallas - TD Rec - 35, Rsh 13, 2 PT conversion 6 = 300
Punt Returns, Kickoff Returns, and Field Goals would be Special Teams.
Last I checked 338 > 300.
The number one scoring offense in Tampa.

That's not how the NFL ranks it unfortunately. Their formula is definitely proven as they include defensive/ST scores in their "offensive scoring" ranks. They don't separate points in that way.13F11B wrote: ↑Sat Jan 08, 2022 8:50 pm Watching the Cowboys v. Eagles and heard the announcer say the Cowboys have the #1 scoring offense in the league. Ask yourself why on that page you posted here they don't rank them nor do they show the total number of points.
The way you're attempting to categorize scoring rankings is not how it has ever been done. They include special teams points.

It's the official NFL website. So, I will take how they report their scoring as how they do it versus what you say.
Oh, and you can click on column headers to sort and rank the data.

If Brady throws 3 TDs and we score 3 FGs and make all 3 XPs, no one is gonna say "Brady and the offense did well leading getting us 18 points".
There are things you can argue but you're really on a hill alone trying to make this case

Re: 2021 NFL Season
@King Bootz You would argue with yourself just for the thrill of things. I am sure you don't believe the NFL tracks sacks either. They never used to do that, right. I posted a link to the official NFL website. That website tracks scoring by offense, defense, and special teams.
Ranking scoring is different than ranking Offensive scoring. Not sure why you don't get that. When you rank TEAM scoring then you have to add all the scoring. That is accurate. However, when you want to talk about defensive scoring you need to remove the special teams scoring and offensive scoring. The official NFL website does that. Apparently, I am on a hill with the NFL.
You might want to update your outdated understanding of how things work and your understanding of the English language.

Still far more than Tyler Johnson's 360 yards. Comparing Julio to Tyler Johnson was just wrong. 710 yards on a run first offense with Tannehil as QB all while having the lowest snap count of his career is not bad. It is like you are intentionally ignoring any nuance.nybf wrote: ↑Fri Jan 07, 2022 8:34 pmFor an 18 game season.accidentw8ing2happen wrote: ↑Fri Jan 07, 2022 8:21 pm

Philly holds three 1st round picks in the April draft. 15, 16, & 19 overall I believe.
Do you build around Hurts or do you trade Hurts and those 3 picks to Houston for Watson (assuming his legal stuff is resolved)?
I don't think Hurts is ever going to be a guy you can beat the best teams in the league with.
With Watson at QB you have an elite guy and a GM in Howie Rosman that has proven himself when it comes to building a roster.

Re: 2021 NFL Season
I’m not building around Jalen Hurts. He’s not Lamar Jackson. Won’t beat you consistently with his legs. He’s a mediocre at best passer. He’s not even Jimmy G. I think he overachieved this year by helping the Eagles make the playoffs. But he’s been exposed in all of their losses. When he has to throw, watch out.
Re: 2021 NFL Season
I don’t trade the picks, Corral or Pickett is likely to be there at that point in the draft. Minshew could hold the helm for a year while they develop. Two more picks on the offensive line would help them tremendously. The problem is they are the worst at evaluating skill positions(mainly wr’s) since Matt Millen.Dread wrote: ↑Mon Jan 17, 2022 9:48 am Philly holds three 1st round picks in the April draft. 15, 16, & 19 overall I believe.
