The Chargers would've been in the playoffs this season with a better Head Coach who could A) get that team to play more consistently, and B) didn't make so many gaffes trying to outsmart everyone else.

He's lucky he's a rookie coach who was hyped up early in the season b/c down the stretch in Nov/Dec he really failed that team.
