Weird speed though. He looks like he's moving slow. Like a reverse Pittman.
Yea, like he's stutter stepping. It does remind me of Pittman though.

Robert Hainsey is having a damn good game. I feel confident with him in there while Jensen heals up.

I think our utter hatred for Trask may have been premature. He hasn't done anything amazing or mind-blowing, but he's been pleasantly competent.

I agree that the hatred has been worse than his play so far. Can’t blame fans for wondering why he can’t beat out Gabbert though.

He throws a nice ball. Good decisions so far. But like PM said, he takes his time to process.

Hell, like I said, he's been pleasantly competent based on what my expectations were. I don't expect him to have the game down 100% mentally, he isn't experienced enough for that. But he does look like he has the arm and accuracy for the position.

@King Bootz youre right on Hainsey. He looks good out there. Let’s hope this is indicative of his play vs the starters as well.

Nobody does it like the A-Plane, but the kid earned that one. Nice drive for Vaughn and Trask.

I hope he gets to play with at least a few starters at some point in the PS.

I really don’t get the hate for Trask- It’s the kids first year in the league. I am happy to give him a year to learn, grow and improve. Y’all Harsh.

Tom Brady had a passer rating of 42.4 with 6 yards in 1 game in his rookie season in 2000.

Tom Brady 2000 33.3%

Very good mix of run/pass with an emphasis on the run. That should be a difference we see this year without Arians. He abandoned the run when it wasn't working.

So did the defense just decide coverage is only for the regular season?

I didn’t think about it until just now, but I like what Lefty is doing with this offense.
