UDFA Thread
Re: UDFA Thread
Tyler Vrabel signed with the Falcons, which is funny to me because he didn't go to his dad for a job, he went to his dad's buddy.
Alec Lindstrom went to the Cowboys. A lot of people thought he'd be a R3-4 type center. The Cowboys also signed someone named "Big Kat Bryant," who I think fought George Foreman in 1971.
Smoke Monday to the Saints. He has a good shot to stick there.
Seahawks sign two draftable QBs - Levi Lewis and Kaleb Eleby.

Re: UDFA Thread
Love this guy!!! Why he didn't get drafted is beyond me. Great post draft pickup!! This guy will be a special teams stalwart and could very well take over for Whitehead if properly coached up!!

This is mdbs favorite part of the draft. That hidden gem that everyone missed is in there somewhere.Snake wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 12:25 amDid this list make you bust, mdb?mdb1958 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 30, 2022 11:45 pm Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Re: UDFA Thread
I'm looking these guys up like any good and faithful Buc fan should. This guy is a tackling machine.
O. Fatukasi
LB
This guy too
JJ Russell, LB, Memphis
Both amazing production - just two tenths off on the speed.

Don Gardner has some stats.

Please explain how that bothers you.
Re: UDFA Thread
The way I see it, this list is Licht's scouting team's work. It's farther in depth than I know, I look at it to see what is the reason (if I can find it) that they want them here. Mostly I wonder who we went after that turned us down.
Re: UDFA Thread
Where is this guy? Joshua Pryor, DL, Bowie State
Re: UDFA Thread
Saints got this guy for free Abram Smith, RB, Baylor

Re: UDFA Thread
Aidan Hutchinson already has his own Wikipedia and he'd wish for some of these guys stats.

I’m happy for you @mdb1958. This is your draft day.

Fear not! Soon it will go back to the "I think the Yucks are great mantra".
Re: UDFA Thread
We will be for one more season. But after that.....

Re: UDFA Thread
Maybe not Tom Brady led Bucs good, but this is still a really solid roster. Whoever ends up being the QB is set up for success.
Re: UDFA Thread
Controlling for the QB position, why don't you list all the rosters with more talent than ours? No, really. List 'em off.King Bootz wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 3:03 pmYea then people will actually have to stop pretending that these "key contributors to a Super Bowl winner" did so NOT because of one Tom Brady.

By "controlling" do you mean including QB or 2-53?MJW wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 5:32 pmControlling for the QB position, why don't you list all the rosters with more talent than ours? No, really. List 'em off.King Bootz wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 3:03 pm

Re: UDFA Thread
He played two college football games as a wide receiver for Alcorn State. Three total touches, all rushes.
Don't hold your breath about him making it through camp.

Re: UDFA Thread
No problem, I always think the board over reacts with my thinking on UDFA's. Didnt look at the WR's or the o-linemen - I'm ready for a new group.
Of course that group has already been taken, I guess by harder working scout teams.
Re: UDFA Thread
Hey Ich, Kobe's getting antsy thinking about that d-line dirt.

Re: UDFA Thread
GREAT pickup!!! Kid can play both tackle spots. Really stood out on a bad line at FSU. Depth is needed at OT so this guy has a good chance to stick.
