The only reason we lost the NFC Championship Game was because the OL got injured. Obviously it was an OT that got hurt in Wirfs but I think that's the logic behind this pick. If Brady is protected there isn't a team in the league we can't beat.

I think he will be good but it's the sheer desperation of protecting Brady that makes us go after him and give up a pick doing it.
