Agreed. Maybe I'd give him a little big more benefit of the doubt and say he wasn't going to get one of the GOOD openings... He could very well have been in the running for like the Giants jobs or something but wants no part of that. Can't risk your second shot as a HC on Daniel Jones.

Retreat, make it seem like you turned them down, and maybe get better offers next year.
