Scary to think how good Burrow could be with just an average o-line instead of the wet cardboard box he has now.
Both the Bengals and Chargers need to be hyper aggressive this off-season with personnel. Herbert and Burrow are both heading into hear year 3 of their rookie deals and are on the cusp of being dominant.
Each need Oline help and defensive upgrades. If I'm either franchise, I'm going into debt signing free agents while having no issues trading future draft picks in order to get talent for 2022.
Both teams have the money to make big moves this offseason to supplement already talented rosters. Unfortunately they both have young HCs who make stupid in game decisions that have cost them both games. Maybe Staley and Taylor get better but both of these teams are held back.

I'm not afraid to replace either of those coaches either. Staley did nothing to impress me honestly. His defense is terrible and he thinks he's the smartest guy in the room with his 4th down calls.
I missed that Boyd TD. Wow! Now that's officiating that is unexcusable and needs to be remedied. The ref blows the whistle when he shouldn't have, Raiders players think the play is over, Burrow throws the TD. Bogger over turns the out of bounds call and Bengals get a TD.
Now I see why Jerome Bogger hasn't officiated a playoff game in 7 years. That's terrible.

The whistle blew when the ball was in the air...what a bone head move.

That was bad enough. Bogger overturning that play, which isn’t allowed in the rule book, is worse.
My guess is he’s reffed his last playoff game ever.

Alex Leatherwood was every bit as obvious an utterly awful pick (when I scouted him, I placed him somewhere between 5th round to undraftable I think?) as Creed Humphrey was a lock to be an NFL elite Center.
Its crazy how NFL personnel collectives can swing-and-miss that badly. So many fundamental aspects of Leatherwood's play at Alabama screamed bust.
Raiders left a playoff win on the field tonight. If they do nothing else but remove the dumb holding penalties the raiders are winning the game right now.

Mayock only had 49% control of personnel with Gruden so I'm wondering if he's the reason they made all those weird picks.
Assuming mayock is retained he won't have any excuses this draft.
