This was recently changed. It's no longer grabbing the pads, even grabbing the jersey at nameplate level or higher.
Sucks, but good call.
The source I read says it must be from the BACK of the jersey. If it was the side of the shoulder it would NOT be a horse collar. It was darn close and I had a tough time determining which it was on the replay.

Hopefully, someone lets him know that soon. It would be nice to try some runs that were more creative than 'dive up the middle', 'dive off the right guard', and 'dive off the left guard'. Yes, I know they have run a few sweeps but damn.
